These Terms of Service (ToS) apply to all contracts between Market Headstart GmbH (hereinafter "Provider") and users of the website marketheadstart.com (hereinafter "User").

2. Subject of the Contract

The Provider offers financial market analysis and investment information through the website. These services can be used both free of charge and as part of a paid subscription.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded through registration and confirmation by the User. For paid services, the contract is concluded with the confirmation of the order and successful payment.

5. Prices and Payment

Current prices for the Premium subscription can be found on the pricing page. All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is processed through Stripe.

6. Term and Termination

The Premium subscription has a monthly term and automatically renews for another month unless terminated. Cancellation can be made at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period.

7. Disclaimer

The information provided does not constitute investment advice and is for informational purposes only. The User makes investment decisions at their own risk. The Provider assumes no liability for financial losses.

8. Usage Rights

All content on the website is protected by copyright. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
